Each PLC will have a Leader.
The Leader:
-Acts as a facilitator and coordinator
* All receive agendas
* Place for meeting is coordinated
* All voices are heard
* Team focus on Mission
* All on time
-Ensures that the team stays focused on results
* No complaining and griping sessions, instead problem solving sessions
* No Rambling on - Bullying their idea - Dominating the discussion
* Cell phones away!
* No side bar conversations - stay on task, time is short
-Ensures that the team is following the decision making model of the school
-Organizes the information developed during the decision making process.
-Organizes the group to present the PLC's course of action to the Principal and other PLCs

Each PLC will have a Note Taker.
The Note Taker:
-Writes down all ideas in an understandable form electronically
-Puts initial data in the Decision Making Matrix
-Reorganizes all notes into the HHS decision making format (Power Point Template)
-Prepares the Power Point briefing to the Principal and other PLCs
